Green Coach Co., Inc. Operates under ICC Broker License #MC8738 and DOT Regulations. Greene Coach Tours act only as agent for tour members in arranging tour accommodations, transportation, sight-seeing, admissions and restaurants.
Greene Coach Tours is not responsible for any loss or damages to personal property, or for injuries, expenses or damages incurred or claimed by any tour member. Greene Coach Tours and/or their leaders in anticipating bookings for any tour, clearly stipulate that they are not liable for the faults or defaults of all companies and persons that may be used in carrying out the tour services: also for accidents, baggage losses, strikes, political unrest, riots, acts of God, and war. In the event that it becomes necessary or advisable ever to alter the itinerary or arrangements, such alterations may be made without penalty to the operator. Additional expenses, if any, shall be borne by the passengers.
Greene Coach Tours reserves the right to cancel any tour for conditions beyond our control, including insufficient participation. In the event of a cancellation, all deposits will be refunded in full.
Greene Coach Tours reserves the right to terminate the participation of any person who Greene Coach management deems objectionable and who disrupts, in any way, the comfortable atmosphere of our tours. Our objectives are to maintain the comfort and congeniality of our members and the safe, smooth operation of our vehicles.
CHANGES IN EVENTS OR ATTRACTIONS: In the unlikely event of a change in events or attractions listed in the itinerary, a similar or better substitution will be made. Occasionally, a change will be made for the sole purpose of improving our tour.
PARKING: Even though we have secured permission and there is no charge for parking at any of the departure points, neither the hotels/motels, shopping centers, businesses, etc., or Greene Coach Tours accepts responsibility for the safety of your vehicle; therefore, it is strongly recommended that you do not leave your vehicle at any location.
TRAVELER'S ATTITUDE: Although Greene Coach Tours makes every effort to ensure you a pleasant touring experience, motorcoach touring is not for everyone. You can heighten your own experience by having an open mind, a tolerant attitude, and a willingness to interact with fellow travelers. Additionally, your health should be such that moving around and exploring the sights will not be a hardship to you. If you have specific dietary requirements, please contact Greene Coach Tours' office as you secure reservations. Every effort will be made to accommodate your dietary needs during the tour; however, we can not guarantee requests.
