TO MAKE RESERVATIONS: By Phone: Reservations may be made by calling one of our office numbers between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm Monday - Friday. 423-638-8271 or 423-639-4481 1-800-338-5469 Fax 423-638-5541 NO reservation will be considered valid until deposit has been received. Deposit will determine seat assignment. By Mail: Mail in deposit along with a reservation form or a note telling us which trip the payment is for. Reservation forms are in back of brochure. Mail to: Greene Coach Tours info@greenecoach.com MOTORCOACH TOUR FAMILY DISCOUNT PLAN: For children 6 years and under, pay 50% of the twin/double rate, when staying in a room with 2 full paying passengers. For children 6 years and under, pay 75% of the single rate, when staying in a room with 1 full paying passenger. Note: We do not recommend travel for children age 4 and under due to Federal rules and regulations, and insurance policies. Motorcoaches are not required by law to be equipped with child restraint systems. DEPOSITS: Please see each individual tour itinerary for deposit amount. Please note that (1) day tours require full payment within (2) weeks after making reservations. You will not be billed. METHOD OF PAYMENT: Greene Coach Tours accepts payment on tours in the form of cash, personal check or credit card. We gladly accept Mastercard and Visa. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY: In the event of a cancellation, Greene Coach Tours will refund all monies paid up to 91 days from the trip departure date. Cancellations received 90 days or less from the date of trip departure will not be refunded. Trip Cancellation and Interruption Insurance is available for each tour through Insure America, a division of Travel Guard . Greene Coach Tours strongly recommends that travelers purchase this insurance for their protection of recoverable monies. All claims by the policyholders will be between policyholder and the insurance company. Greene Coach serves only as an agent and does not process claims. INSURE AMERICA A division of TRAVEL GUARD International ABA American Bus Association CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE CANCELLED TOURS: If Greene Coach Tours has the need to cancel an entire tour, your money will be fully refunded. Fly Tours: Cancellation on fly tours will result in a fee. Cancellation fees are determined by the individual airline. You will be charged according to their policy. REVISION FEES: A handling fee of $25.00 per transaction will be assessed for any change or revision made to a reservation. A change of departure date within 90 days of departure will be treated as a cancellation and cancellation charges will apply. TOUR PRICE INCLUDES: Roundtrip transportation on Greene Coach deluxe motorcoaches which have all the latest amenities such as air-conditioning, restroom, adjustable seats, stereo & PA system, panoramic viewing windows, and a luxurious, smooth ride. Frequently, it may be necessary to pick-up and return passengers in vans, etc., in order to alleviate any unnecessary transport time. You will be notified of such transportation requirements. GRATUITIES: All tips/gratuities to bellmen, doormen, maids, step-on-guides, and meals included are inclusive in the tour price. ACCOMMODATIONS: Accommodations are selected based on safe environment, convenient location, cleanliness, hospitality and available dining facilities. In some areas, such as National Parks, the accommodations may be a bit rustic, but the views and natural surroundings make it quite worthwhile. Room assignments are made at random by hotel/motel staff.
It is recommended for your own self interest and protection that you have adequate insurance to cover these eventualities. Check with your sales agent for low cost insurance to cover these risks. TRAVELERS NEEDING SPECIAL ASSISTANCE: In compliance with the Americans With Disabilities Act, Greene Coach Tours will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the special needs of tour participants. It is strongly recommended that persons requiring assistance be accompanied by a companion who is capable of, and totally responsible for providing the assistance. Neither Greene Coach personnel nor its suppliers may physically lift or assist clients onto transportation vehicles. Travelers needing special assistance for other than personal needs must notify Greene Coach at the time of booking to determine what assistance may reasonably be made available by Greene Coach. Greene Coach regrets that it cannot provide special individual assistance to a tour member with special needs for walking, dining or other special needs. No member of our staff is insured or protected by laws which would enable them to assist any person/persons with disabilities. Any special requests for transporting any medical equipment, etc. will be handled on each individual basis, as the request is received in the office. FINAL TOUR INFORMATION DOCUMENTS: Thirty days before your tour departure you will receive final tour information, including your specific departure point and time, luggage tag, hotel/motel list with phone numbers, insurance information, and any changes to itinerary. Call our office immediately if your pickup point has changed. Passports and Proof of Citizenship: Homeland Security requires passports to visit Canada, Mexico, or any country outside of the USA.. If you are planning to go abroad, prepare now. Necessary forms may be obtained through your local Court Clerk or Post Office, or by website: www.travel.state.gov. TOUR TEAM: The key to a successful tour is the Tour Team. Greene Coach Tours is proud to be able to provide a knowledgeable, experienced, and friendly Tour Driver and Tour Director. Each person has been chosen for each tour by their expertise in the particular area they will be traveling. This has been demonstrated by the longevity of service with the company. The tip/gratuity for Drivers and Tour Directors are on voluntary basis. SEATING: Seating is pre-assigned, due to the receipt of your deposit payment, from front to back, of the motorcoach. The seat directly behind the driver is reserved for the Tour Director. Seat rotation is under the direction of the Tour Director. Motion sickness will not be accepted as a reason for not rotating. INTERNATIONAL TOUR INFO: Our International tours are handled by Collette Vacations of Rhode Island. All our Collette Tours are Air Tours. Greene Coach Tours is an acting agent for Collette Tours. Should you need any International, Hawaii, Alaska Cruises, African Safari...Whatever your desire, please feel free to contact our office and we will be happy to organize your dream...Collette and Greene Coach working together to provide the "BEST" in fly travel.... COLLETTE’S CONSUMER PROTECTION PLAN: Collette Vacations is a member of the following organizations: The National Tour Operators Association, The Alliance of Canadian Travel Associations, the Travel Industry Council of Ontario, the Australian Federation of Travel Agents, and the Association of British Travel Agents. Some of these associations operate a consumer protection plan to cover deposits placed with any tour operator member. In case of USTOA, the consumer protection bond is $1 million. Collette Vacations is pleased to give this additional protection to our clients. NOTE: There will be no Greene Coach Tour Director present on International trips unless the passenger count reaches 15 persons. DEPARTURE POINTS: When registering for a tour, please indicate the departure location most convenient for you. On some occasions you will be transported to join the motorcoach; however you will be notified. When you receive your final confirmation information you will also receive your departure time. DEPARTURE LOCATIONS: Morristown Holiday Inn (I-81 Exit 8) Johnson City Carnegie Hotel (State of Franklin-near parking garage) Kingsport Meadowview Conference Center (Exit off 1-81) Knoxville Days Inn (I-75 Exit 8-Merchant Road) PLEASE NOTE: Even though we have secured permission neither Greene Coach, the hotels/motels, shopping centers, businesses, etc., accepts responsibility for the safety of your vehicle. The above departure locations are pick up only. You are encouraged not to leave your vehicle at any location.
ONE DAY TRIP PAYMENTS: We do not mail any information out for a one day trip. Full payment for a one day trip is expected 2 weeks after making reservations. ONE DAY TRIP DEPARTURE TIMES: On a one day trip we ask that you call our office the week of the trip to get departure time. |
