How do I make reservations? Reservations:
By Phone: Telephone reservations may be made by calling one of our office numbers
between 8:00 am and 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday and (423) 639-4481 on weekends and holidays
to be handled by a professional answering service. Deposits are due 14 days after making
your phone reservation.
By Mail: Mail in deposit along with a reservation form or a note telling us which
trip the payment is for. Final payment on tours is due no later 30 days prior to departure. 1 day tours must be paid within 14 days of your reservation. Please note this date in your records, as you will not be billed. Fly Tours: Final payment on fly tours are due 90 days prior to departure. (Top) Method of Payment: Greene Coach Tours accepts payment on motorcoach tours and fly tours in the form of cash, personal check or credit card. We gladly accept MasterCard and Visa. (Top) Tour Price Includes: Transportation: Roundtrip transportation is provided in our own deluxe wide body motorcoaches. All motorcoaches are equipped with restroom, air-conditioning, adjustable lounge seats, stereo and PA system, and tinted, panoramic viewing windows. Any necessary pickups or returns may be made by van or car. (Top) Accommodations: Luxury accommodations are selected based on convenient location, cleanliness, hospitality and available dining facilities. In some areas, such as National Parks, the accommodations may be a bit rustic, but the views and natural surroundings make it quite worthwhile. Room assignments are made at random by hotel/motel staff. (Top) Sight-seeing: All sight-seeing tours, guides, and admissions are covered in the tour price as outlined in the itinerary. (Top) Gratuities: All necessary tips to bellmen, doormen, and dining room tips on meals in the itinerary are included. (Top) Meals: Meals, tax and gratuities are covered and included only if stated in itinerary. Should hotel/motel request dress code, meaning sport jackets etc., it will be noted after that meal. This excludes continental breakfast provided by hotel. (Top) The Tour Price Does Not Include: Gratuities to Tour Director and Driver: Any gratuities are strictly voluntary and should be given on an individual basis. Meals: Other than those listed in the itinerary. Personal Expenses: Valet and room service, telephone calls and all other items of a personal nature. (Top) Special Requests:
Requests such as nonsmoking or smoking rooms, king-size beds,
side-by-side rooms, or travel in the same motorcoaches with friends, special
diet requirements, medical needs, are usually not a problem.
To help us meet these requests, please make them when you make your reservation, or at
least 30 days prior to departure.
Luggage: Although every effort is made to handle passengers' luggage as carefully as possible, Greene Coach is not responsible for and does not assume liability or accept claims for loss of or damage to luggage due to breakage, theft or wear and tear through hotel and group carrier handling. It is recommended for your own self interest and protection that you have adequate insurance to cover these eventualities. Check with your sales agent for low cost insurance to cover these risks. Each passenger will be allowed (1) reasonable sized piece of luggage, and will be tagged with a Greene Coach tag . This luggage will be loaded and unloaded by Greene Coach staff , handled by bellman, etc. and will be our responsibility. The customer will also be allowed a small carry-on bag that will be totally their responsibility, small enough to fit underneath the seat, and must be clearly identified with name, etc.(Top) Cancellation & Refund Policy - Refer to Policy on home page of web site. Motorcoach Tour Family Discount Plan: For children 6 years and under, pay 50% of the twin/double rate, when staying in a room with 2 full paying passengers. For children 6 years and under, pay 75% of the single rate, when staying in a room with 1 full paying passenger. (Top) Final Tour Information Documents: Thirty days before your tour departure you will receive final tour information, including your specific departure point and time, rooming list, luggage tag, hotel/motel list with phone numbers, changes in itinerary, and insurance information upon request. Call our office immediately, if your pickup point is incorrect, or has changed. (Top) Insurance: All passengers are insured ONLY while on the motorcoach. Greene Coach Tours is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged articles or luggage. We recommend that adequate baggage, and Trip Cancellation and Interruption insurance be purchased. This insurance can be made available to the customer upon request. Greene Coach Tours acts only as an agent for Insure America, TRAVEL GUARD International. (Top) Passports and Proof of Citizenship: Homeland Security requires passports to enter Canada, Mexico, or any country outside the USA.. You should carry some proof of citizenship any time you travel outside the United States.. If you are planning to go abroad, begin preparing now. Necessary forms can be obtained through the Clerk of Court or at the Post Office, or by website: www.travel.state.gov. (Top) Tour Team: The key to a successful tour is the Tour Team of Director and Driver. Your Greene Coach Tour Team is experienced and friendly. We guarantee personal, impartial service to each tour member.
Motorcoach Rules: Devotional Activities: We occasionally attend local church worship services, as listed in the itinerary. Devotions are conducted daily on the motorcoach. (Top)
Departure Locations:
When registering for a tour, please indicate the departure location most convenient for you. On many occasions you will be transported to join the motorcoach: however you will be notified. When you receive your final confirmation information you will also receive your departure time. (Top) |
