In November 2011, Greene Coach Company, Inc., became the first charter bus company in the Nation to convert its entire fleet to the ISE electronic logging system (see press release under company information). This system monitors drivers' hours of service to insure that drivers are in full compliance of the Federal regulations that govern the number of hours that commercial drivers may drive and be on duty. Greene Coach conducts periodic driver evaluation and training throughout the year and holds an annual driver review as mandated by FMCSA. Our company policy mandates criminal background checks on all applicants as well as drug and alcohol screening that is mandated for all employees.

Smoking is prohibited at all times on board GCC coaches
A $250 additional deposit will be assessed for groups whose itineraries suggest the use of spirits during charter events. The charter party will be reimbursed the deposit if the coach is returned in an acceptable condition.
Drivers will assist in loading and unloading baggage, but are not responsible for loading and unloading baggage.
Greene Coach Company, Inc. will not be liable for damages to or loss of baggage or other property aboard GCC coaches.
Greene Coach Company, Inc. will not be liable for injuries to any passenger inflicted by any other passenger or person aboard GCC coaches.
No passenger in the custody of a group leader or school chaperone shall be permitted aboard a GCC vehicle without a chaperone or group leader.
Audio and Video equipment to include: DVD players / Satellite DirecTV / Wi-Fi connections and 110 volt charging stations are all complimentary services of Greene Coach Company, Inc. and no considerations of refund will be given in the event of malfunctions.
Charter parties will be responsible for any damage incurred by that party to the coach.
Coaches returned in a littered condition will be assessed and charged for cleaning fees.
